A transformation program is a fixed-length, hands-on engagement that changes how a part of your organization works. Unlike a course (which teaches) or a consultancy (which advises), a program builds, real workflows shipped to production, real operators trained by doing, and real governance stood up as you go. Every program runs the full OPERA cycle, from observing how you work today to advancing to the point where it runs without us. You end with AI operating inside your organization and your own people running it.

Most organizations start with AI Ignite, a one-day workshop that maps opportunities, then move into the 8-week AI Accelerator. Non-profits and engineering teams have dedicated 12-week editions.
No. Our AI Operators are domain experts trained in AI tools, not developers, with one exception: the Developers edition is built for engineering teams working on Claude Code.
AI Ignite delivers a prioritized roadmap in a single day. The AI Accelerator ships working workflows within the first weeks and completes in eight, with ROI measured against a baseline we take up front.
